Recipe Ingredients for caeser salad

1 tablespoon garlic clove, crushed
1/3 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
5 tsp white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper or to taste
4 heads romaine lettuce
18 ounce chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups croutons

Recipe Directions for caeser salad

  1. Method :

  2. * In a blender or food processor, puree garlic and cottage cheese until smooth. Add yogurt, Parmesan, vinegar and Worcestershire and pulse to blend. Transfer dressing to a small bowl and season with salt and pepper. (The dressing will keep, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.)

  3. * Yield: 1 cup
