Recipe Ingredients for Caesar's Ribs and Potatoes

3 T olive oil, extra virgin
16 oz pork, fresh loin country-style ribs
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
6 T grated parmesan
1/2 tsp salt
12 oz apple juice
3 large baking potatoes, scrubbed and halved lengthwise

Recipe Directions for Caesar's Ribs and Potatoes

Heat oil. Add pork. Brown all sides. Remove pork. Add all ingredients through apple juice. Mix well. Return pork to pressure cooker. Arrange potato halves, cut side down on top of pork. Lock lid. Bring to 15psi. Reduce heat. Maintain pressure. Cook for 10min. Remove from heat. Natural release.
