Recipe Ingredients for Caesar's Ribs and Potatoes

3 T olive oil, extra virgin
1 lbs pork, fresh, loin, country-style ribs
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
6 T grated parmesan
1/2 tsp salt
12 oz apple juice
3 large baking potatoes, scrubbed and halved lengthwise

Recipe Directions for Caesar's Ribs and Potatoes

Heat the oil in the pressure cooker over medium heat. Add ribs. Brown all sides. Remove ribs. Add apple juice and spices to pressure cooker. Mix well. Return pork. Arrange potato halves on top of pork, cut side down. Bring to 15psi over high heat. Reduce heat. Maintain pressure for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Use natural release.
