Recipe Ingredients for Caesar Salad

1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
2 tbsp. light sour cream
2 tbsp. parmesan cheese,grated
1 clove garlic,minced
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 cups romaine lettuce leaves
1 tomatoe,chopped

Recipe Directions for Caesar Salad

  1. Prepare dressing in a small bowl.Combine buttermilk, sour cream, parmesan cheese, garlic, pepper.

  2. In a large salad bowl combine the lettuce and tomatoe. Drizzle with the dressing;toss to coat.
