Almost like the adult version but so quick and easy. Make it for the whole family. Do not freeze

Recipe Ingredients for Caesar Salad

2 tbsp White Vinegar
2 tbsp Water
2 tsp Cooking Oil
2 tsp Granulated Sugar
1/2 tsp Prepared Mustard
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1 head Romaine Lettuce
1 1/2 cups Croutons
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Hard-Boiled Eggs

Recipe Directions for Caesar Salad

  1. Dressing: Combine the first 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well. Cover with plastic wrap and in the refrigerator until you're ready to toss the salad.

  2. Wash and dry the lettuce. Tear or cut into bite-sized pieces. Put the lettuce into the large bowl. Add the croutons, cheese and eggs. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator. Just before serving, pour the dressing over the lettuce mixture. Use salad tongs to toss and coat the lettuce with the dressing. Serves 6 to 8.
