Recipe Ingredients for Caesar Salad

2 1/2 cups chopped romaine
1 cup fresh spinach
3/10 cup chopped fresh parsley
3 lemon wedges
2 tbsp grated parmesan
1/2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp salad dressing
1/4 tbsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Caesar Salad

  1. Clean, chop and combine the greens.

  2. Squeeze lemon juice over greens, cover and chill until ready to use.

  3. Combine 1 or 2 tbsp each comercial caesar dressing and mayo, stir in olive oil and pepper.

  4. Add Parmesan and dressing to greens, toss and serve.
