Recipe Ingredients for Caesar Salad

4 cups Romain lettuce
1/2 cup croutons
1 egg
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Caesar Salad

Halve garlic and rub on wooden bowl. Add olive oil, lemon, coddled egg, and Worsheshire sauce and whisk together. Add lettuce, croutons, and parmesan to dressing and coat thoroughly.
