Recipe Ingredients for Caesar Salad

9 ounces Romaine Hearts
3 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp shredded parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg yolk

Recipe Directions for Caesar Salad

  1. mix ingredients together in a blender, omitting olive oil and romaine.

  2. slowly add in olive oil while blender is running.

  3. toss with romaine and serve immediately.
