Lower fat Caesar dressing yogurt based

Recipe Ingredients for Caesar dressing

1/3 cup plain low fat yogurt
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoon anchovy paste
1 teaspoon Sun-Dried Tomato Paste
1 teaspoon Italian Black Olive Paste
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 garlic clove, minced

Recipe Directions for Caesar dressing

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk together

  2. I used Laura Santtini's Taste No 5 Umami Paste but it doesn't have it in the database and so I used olive paste and sundried tomato paste for the recipe analyzer instead. It's fairly close and would still taste as good if you can't find the Umami paste.
