Great with Honey Mustard or Ranch Dressing too!

Recipe Ingredients for Caesar Chicken Sandwich

1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
1/8 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/3 cup Caesar Salad Dressing,
4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
3 teaspoons Olive Oil
1 Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste
4 french rolls
1 cup lettuce
1 medium tomato, sliced

Recipe Directions for Caesar Chicken Sandwich

  1. Combine the bread crumbs and cayenne on a plate.

  2. Pour the Caesar dressing into a bowl. Coat the chicken in the dressing, then in the bread crumbs. Refrigerate 15 minutes.

  3. Heat oven to 350 degrees (F). Heat 1-1/2 teaspoons of olive oil in a 9-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, quickly sear 2 of the chicken breasts on each side. Put on a rack in a baking pan.

  4. Repeat with the remaining 1-1/2 teaspoons oil and chicken breasts. Sprinkle lightly with pepper.

  5. Bake the chicken for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until cooked through.

  6. Serve on rolls with lettuce and tomato.
