150 g yogurt
50 g milk, skimmed
5 g garlic
100 g cucumber
1 pinch salt
1 tsp mint
1 tbs olive oil

Recipe Directions for Cacik-(Zatzyki)-Dressing from Olga's Healthy Choice

  1. Grind cucumber, mash garlic and salt and mix them with yogurt in a bowl. You may thinken the mixture adding some milk. Serve with mint (dry or freshly chopped) and some olive oil.
