Recipe Ingredients for Cabernet Sauvignon Sauce

1 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup, diced Celery
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
4 clove Garlic
1.5 serving Cooking Wine
1.5 cup Beef Broth
0.5 serving Red Wine Vinegar
0.01 oz Bay Leaves
1 tsp Butter
0.3 tablespoon Rosemary
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Cabernet Sauvignon Sauce

Heat oil in saucepan over medium high heat. Add onion, celery, bell pepper and garlic; cook and stir about 10 min or til veggies are brown. Add win, broth, vinegar, and bay leaves. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered for 10 min. Strain, reserving the liquid. Discard solids and continue to simmer the liquid, uncovered, for 25 to 30 min or until reduced to 1/2 cup and slightly thickend. stir butter and rosemary in to the sauce.
