Cabbage and Zucchini Recipe

Makes 6 servings



1 Head of cabbage, 2 zucchini, 2 onions and 1 clove of garlic sauteed with 2 tbsp of butter. Yum.

Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage and Zucchini

1 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) Cabbage
2 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 small Onions
2 tbsp Omega Plus Buttery Spread
1 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Cabbage and Zucchini

Slice all items very thin and stringy. Cook Onions with garlic and butter first (3 or 4 mins) then add the cabbage and let cook with onions for a few minutes. Then add zucchini and cook all together for another 5-7 until desired consistancy and serve.
