MyRecipes.com: Savoy cabbage has crinkled, pale green leaves and mellow flavor; you can also use napa (Chinese) cabbage, which has a similarly mild taste. Look for sherry vinegar in specialty or gourmet stores; if you can't find it, substitute cider vinegar.

Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage, wilted Savoy w Cumin

2 tsps olive oil
2 lb Savoy cabbage (about 907g, "12 cups"), coarsely chopped
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
1 tsp cumin seeds
