Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage and Walnut stir fry

12 oz white cabbage
12 oz red cabbage
4 tbsp peanut oil
1 tbsp walnut oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
8 scallions, trimmed
12 oz tofu, cubed
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup walnuts
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Cabbage and Walnut stir fry

  1. Shred red and white cabbage.

  2. Heat peanut and walnut oil. Add garlic, cabbage, scallions and tofu. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring.

  3. Add lemon juice, walnuts, mustard and salt and pepper. Cook until cabbace is tender, about 5 minutes.
