Yummy in winter and so low cal! Great with a shake of parmesan cheese on it.

Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage and Veggie Soup

1/2 pound cabbage, chopped
3 cups tomatoes
2 cups zucchini, sliced
1 cup celery, chopped
1 1/2 cups mixed vegetables
1 small onion, chopped

Recipe Directions for Cabbage and Veggie Soup

Saute onion in a large saucepan with a quick spray of cooking spray. When onion is soft add celery and zucchini, cook 2 - 3 minutes or until zucchini starts to soften. Add all other ingredients and enough water to cover. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, adobo, crushed red pepper flakes, one chicken bouillon cube, one beef bouillon cube, and lots of oregano. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 30 - 45 minutes or until all veggies are cooked.
