Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage Unrolled

700 g cabbage, raw
319 g onion, raw
1 cup rice, brown, uncooked
500 g Sausage Meat Maple Leaf
796 g Diced Tomatoes No Salt

Recipe Directions for Cabbage Unrolled

  1. Rinse and cook the rice.

  2. Finely chop the cabbage and steam for about 15 mins.

  3. Slice the onion and steam this with the cabbage.(this may have to be done in more than one batch.

  4. Blend the canned tomatos.

  5. Mix all the ingredients together and place into large dish (sometimes I do two smaller dishes)

  6. Cook in the oven at about 400F for about 45 mins, until it looks cooked, usually when its sizzling.
