Recipe Ingredients for cabbage toran

250 g cabbage
50 g grated coconut
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/6 tsp chili powder
1/2 tomato
1/2 tbsp oil
1/2 onion

Recipe Directions for cabbage toran

  1. heat oil in a pan

  2. fry the chopped onions until brown

  3. add the spices and salt

  4. add chopped tomato

  5. add the cabbage and grated coconut

  6. cover and let simmer for 10 min stirring occasionally
