Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage Stir Fry

0.4 head Cabbage
1/2 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.25 medium (3") Apples
1 medium Onions
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
20 grams Sesame Seeds
1 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown

Recipe Directions for Cabbage Stir Fry

Dice all ingredients to bite-size. Fry the onion and pepper with a little water first, until slightly browned. Add all other ingredients except sesame seeds. Add fresh or dry ground ginger if desired. Stir and cook 5 minutes, add a bit of water if it gets too dry. Cover and cook another 10 minutes. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Eat alone or with rice.
