Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage stew

170 grams cabbage, sliced (2 cups)
1 tsp corn oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 cups mushrooms
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 medium tomato
1/3 cup dill, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 olives, chopped
1 tsp sesame seeds

Recipe Directions for Cabbage stew

  1. stir-fry onions in the heated oil.

  2. put half of it into the stew pan, add cabbage and cook on the low heat.

  3. continue stir-frying onions with mushrooms, tomatoes and soy sauce for another 5 minutes.

  4. add it on the top of your cabbage.

  5. add a little water to your stew if there's not enough juice.

  6. cook for about 15 minutes (or more).

  7. add dill, garlic, olives and sesame seeds 1 minute before your stew is ready.
