3 cups shredded cabbage
8 ounces bean sprouts
10 raw medium mushrooms, sliced
3 ounces baby carrots, shredded
1 3/10 ounces bean thread

  1. Heat oil

  2. Add cabbage, sprouts, carrots, and mushrooms

  3. Fry to desired softness/firmness
