easy to do, great if you love vegetables - just like minestrone without the pasta (and pepers :p)

Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage soup (yes, another one)

2 onions
2 carrots
6 tomatoes
2 stalk celery
6 mushroom
2 tbsp olive oil
2 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
2 cup cabbage
50 g squash

Recipe Directions for Cabbage soup (yes, another one)

  1. chop one of the onions and cook it with the olive oil until soft. add the tomatoes (fresh or 1 can) and allow to cook for 15-20 minutes (add a little water if needed).

  2. wash and chop all other vegetables and add to pan. Add spices if wanted. you can vary the vegetables as well.
