Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage Soup Weight Watchers

4 serving Certified Organic Beef Broth
2 cup, shredded Cabbage, Cooked
2 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
0.75 cup, chopped Carrots
0.5 cup Beans, Snap, Green
0.5 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 tbsp Basil, Fresh
1 tsp Oregano, Ground
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
2 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Cabbage Soup Weight Watchers

  1. Spray pot with non stick cooking spray saute onions carrots and garlic for 5 minutes.

  2. Add broth, Tomato paste, cabbage, green beans, basil, oregano and Salt & Pepper to taste. Simmer for a about 5-10 minutes until all vegetables are tender then add the zuccini and simmer for another 5 or so minutes. I have tried different variations. Leaving out green beans. Adding chopped green onions in addition to the yellow onion. All very good. You can customise it a bit.
