Cabbage and vegatable soup with tomato juice

Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage Soup - Tomato Juice

1 head Cabbage, Cooked
48 oz Low Sodium Tomato Juice
2 medium Onions
30 pieces Carrots Baby Cut
5 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
5 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 eggplant, unpeeled (approx 1-1/4 lb) Eggplant
1 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
30 beans (4" long) Beans, Snap, Green

Recipe Directions for Cabbage Soup - Tomato Juice

Cut up celery, cabbage zucchini in cubes. Empty tomato juice in large soup pan. Add all vegetables, add salt and pepper to season, cook until veggies are cooked the way you like them. Way to get your veggies and it is gooood.
