Cabbage Soup Diet recipe Eat unlimited amount with 7-day plan. Day 1 AYCE fruit (No bananas), etc. Day 2 AYCE Green/leafy Vegetables, buttered potato Day 3 Mix day 1 and 2, no potato Day 4 Eat up to 8 bananas and skim milk Day 5 10-20 oz broiled or baked chicken, no skin. Up to 6 tomatoes. 6-8 glasses water. Day 6 - All beef and veggies, leafy green veggies. No potato - eat soup at least once. Day 7 - Brown rice, unsweet juices, soup at least once. Stuff, stuff, stuff.

2 green peppers
30 oz. of tomatoes (diced or whole)
3 Carrots
10 oz. Mushrooms
10 stalks celery
1/2 head head of cabbage
2 chicken bouillon cubes
48 oz V8 juice
2 tsp garlic powder
30 oz. French Onion Soup
