Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage soup

1 teaspoon olive oil
2 teaspoon rosemary
4 cloves garlic
5 green onions
7 stalk,+large+11"-12"+long celery
3 carrots
0.75 head,+medium+about+5-3/4"+dia cabbage
1 tomatoes, crushed, canned
7 cup Soup

Recipe Directions for Cabbage soup

  1. Prepare vegetables as you like them, usually chopped in into small pieces.

  2. Cook all ingredients in a large pot in order listed. Simmer until desired consistency/taste. Use any stock you like.

  3. If you like, run through a food processor or blender for a smooth, rich soup.
