Recipe Ingredients for cabbage soup

2 pounds chopped cabbage
16 ounces canned tomatoes
4 ounces tomato paste
16 ounces canned pinto beans
2 cups chicken broth
1 medium onion chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe Directions for cabbage soup

Saute onions in olive oil until softened. Add other ingredients and bring to boil. Simmer, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes and serve with crusty whole wheat bread.
