Great for low calorie/low carb weight loss - Delicious and satisfying. Makes 24x1 cup servings. Add white fish or boneless, skinless chicken breast for a full meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage Soup

12 cups water
1 cup parsley
1 tsp ginger
2 tbsp lemongrass
4 tsp garlic
2 cups canned tomatoes
8 chicken stock cubes
12 cups chopped cabbage
2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp salt

Recipe Directions for Cabbage Soup

Chop the tomatoes, parsley and lemongrass (finely), grate the ginger, . Put all ingredients into a large stock pot. Bring to a boil and simmer 1 hour.
