Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage Soup

28 oz cabbage
6 small onions, sliced
2 green bell peppers, chopped
12 stalks celery, chopped
48 ounces V-8 juice
1 quart stewed tomato
6 garlic cloves, crushed
4 carrots, chopped

Recipe Directions for Cabbage Soup

Combine the ingredients with boullion or stock. Serving size is about 2 cups. Combine all ingredients and simmer for about 1 hour.
