2 cans of diced tomatoes, 1 small head of cabbage, one complete head of celery, one large white onion, 2 onion soup mixes, 5 cups of water.

Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage Soup

1 serving Family Canning diced Tomatoes
1 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) Cabbage
8 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
1.5 medium White Onion
8 tbsp Onion Soup Mix
8 tbsp Onion Soup Mix
5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 serving Family Canning diced Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Cabbage Soup

Puree all vegetables. Add to soup pot with 5 cups of water. Add onion soup mix. Stir Well. Simmer on low for 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Serve hot as a soup or cold as a V8 type juice.
