Recipe Ingredients for cabbage soup

1 tablespoon butter
5 stalks celery
5 green onions
1 head of cabbage
46 oz. tomato juice
46 oz. water
5 tsp. chicken bouillon
2 tsp. onion powder
16 oz. green beans

Recipe Directions for cabbage soup

saute celery, onion, cabbage in butter. Cover with tomato juice and water. Simmer until vegetables are soft. Add seasonings and the green beans. Serve warm.
