A quick and yummy chunky cabbage soup!

Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage soup

1 head of cabbage
2 cups of carrots
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped green beans
1 tbsp garlic
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 pepper
1 oz Swanson Natural Goodness chicken broth
3 cups water

Recipe Directions for Cabbage soup

  1. Chop cabbage, carrots, onion, celery and green beans into bite size pieces.

  2. In large wok or dutch oven, saute cabbage in 1 tsp olive oil. After a couple minutes add in onion and cook for another minute.

  3. Add carrots and celery next, cook for an additional minute or two. Add in garlic.

  4. Pour in chicken broth and water. Bring to a boil. Add green beans. Season with 1 tsp salt, and pepper to taste. Cook for 5-10 minutes. Or until tender to your liking!

  5. Serve
