A low calorie, zesty cabbage soup.

Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage Soup

2 large onion, diced
2 large green peppers, diced
4 cups cabbage, diced
58 ounce tomatoes
6 ounce tomato paste
2 tablespoons olive oil
168 ounce water
4 tablespoons salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Cabbage Soup

Saute onions in olive oil until softened and translucent. Add cabbage and green peppers. Stir well. Add 2 cans tomatoes. Add 3 cans water and salt. Cook at a steady simmer for 20-25 minutes. Add cayenne pepper. Tastes best the next day.
