Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage Soup

6 c cabbage
1 onion
1/2 green pepper
1 tsp garlic
15 oz kidney beans
8 oz ground beef
30 oz diced tomatoes
16 oz V8 juice
15 oz beef broth
1 tbs worcestershire
2 tbs chili powder

Recipe Directions for Cabbage Soup

  1. brown beef, onion, gr. pepper and garlic in a stock pot.

  2. add all other ingredients and simmer on low, covered, for 1 1/2 hrs. or until cabbage is tender.
