Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage Soup

2 cups shredded cabbage
1/8 pound ground beef
1/8 cup rice
3 slices of french bread
1/4 cup diced celery
2 chicken bouillon cubes

Recipe Directions for Cabbage Soup

  1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add cubes.

  2. Add cabbage and let wilt on high, while combining ground beef, rice, celery, and whatever spices you prefer.

  3. Reduce heat to medium. Add meat mixture to water and cover.

  4. Cut bread into smaller pieces (about an inch squared) and add to pot. Cook for another 20 minutes or until everything mixes together in a slightly mushy way.

  5. Serve as is or with a sprinkle of cheese (not counted)
