Very Basic Cabbage soup - but great for aiding in detoxing

Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage Soup

1/2 head of Cabbage
1 cup Carrots
1 cup Broccoli
1 cup Onions
1/4 cup parsley
2 cup stock
2 cup water
2 tbsp beef bouillon

Recipe Directions for Cabbage Soup

  1. Chop up vegetables into desired size - I like mine small.

  2. Saute the vegetables

  3. Bring to boil the stock and the water

  4. Add beef bouillon

  5. Add the sauted vegetables to the stock and simmer until all is tender

  6. season to flavour
