my version of cabbage soup for the 7 day diet

Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage Soup

1/2 head of cabbage
3 stalks celery
1 green pepper
2 cups broccoli
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup carrots
3 cloves garlic
6 cups water
3 tbs can tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for Cabbage Soup

chop everything up, put it in a bit pot, and let it sit on low heat for up to 2 hours, stirring every now and then.
