2 peppers,green
1 cup tomatoes
3 carrots
10 oz. mushrooms
1 stalk Celery
1/2 head cabbage
50 ml chicken stock
50 ml tomato juice

Recipe Directions for CABBAGE SOUP

  1. Sauté the onions and add to the pot of water ? about 8-10 cups.

  2. Add in ingredients and let simmer.

  3. Serve hot and add additional seasonings for extra flavor.
