Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage Soup

8 cups chopped cabbage
2 cups chopped potato
1/2 cup chopped carrot
12 oz chicken broth
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic
12 oz water

Recipe Directions for Cabbage Soup

  1. chop cabbage, potato, carrot, onion and garlic

  2. pour broth and water into large soup pot and bring to a boil

  3. add vegetables, boil until vegetables are soft

  4. remove and put in a blender, blend until smooth

  5. return to pot and add milk

  6. heat stir for 10 to 15 minutes
