Very low calorie, very low fat, meatless

Recipe Ingredients for cabbage soup

29 oz Fat Free and Lower Sodium Beef Broth
2 cloves, raw Garlic
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 medium raw Onion Yellow
1/2 cup, chopped Carrots
2 cup, chopped Cabbage
1/2 cup Frozen Green Beans
1/2 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, All Varieties
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for cabbage soup

Chop the veges and put in pot or crockpot. Add the broth and seasonings and tomato paste. Cook till hot and veges are done. If on stove cook for about 10 mins (if cooking on stove you may want to cook veges to soften in a pan first) crockpot can be set on low for 5 hours or so or high for less time.
