Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage-soup-diet recipe

1 cup chopped green onion
2 cups chopped bell pepper
1 tbs curry powder
1 tbs minced garlic
1 tbs red pepper
1 cup chopped celery
3 cups chopped mushrooms
3/4 cup chopped carrots
1/2 head green cabbage
14 cups water
1 cup tomato soup

Recipe Directions for Cabbage-soup-diet recipe

  1. chop all vegtables into bite sized pieces

  2. saute the onion in a very large pot in non-fat cooking spray until it is transluscent

  3. add the spices and garlic and all the veggies except for the cabbage. Saute on medium-high heat to your liking

  4. add cabbage and saute til it is almost transluscent

  5. add water and tomato soup and boil for 30 minutes
