Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage Soup Diet

48 oz Tomato Juice
8 cups chopped cabbage
6 cups chopped tomatoes
1 cups shredded carrots
3 cups sliced mushrooms
2 cups chopped green pepper
1 cup chopped red pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Cabbage Soup Diet

Add ingredients into a large stock pot or slow cooker. In stock pot, heat on high for 30 minutes then lower to slow simmer for 2 hours. In crock pot, cook for 5-8 hours until veggies are tender
