Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage Soup Diet

6 large green onions
2 green bell peppers
29 ounces tomatoes, cans, diced
4 celery stalks, sliced
1/2 head cabbage, chopped
1 serving onion soup mix
2 bouillon cubes, low sodium
48 oz V8 juice, low sodium

Recipe Directions for Cabbage Soup Diet

  1. Simmer or slow cook all until soup is done.

  2. If slow cooking, add seasonings (salt, pepper, parsley, curry, garlic powder, etc.) about an hour before done.

  3. Eat all the soup you want, whenever you want.
