4 medium Mushrooms
0.5 cup, sliced Carrots
1 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
4 serving Kilimanjaro Wot Cooking Sauce
3.5 serving S
0.13 tsp Salt
1 serving Liquid Aminos
5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 serving Liquid Aminos

Recipe Directions for Cabbage Soup with African Spices

Measure vegetable juice into a large cooking pan. Bring to a boil. Add cut up vegetables, seasonings and Wot Sauce. Bring to a boil again, add tomatoes and then put on simmer for about an hour. Enjoy
