2 cups unsalted chicken stock
2 cups water
2 cups cabbage
2 medium onions
3 large carrots
3 medium red potatoes
16 oz italian sausage
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp poultry seasoning
1 tbsp italian seasoning
2 cups white rice

Recipe Directions for cabbage and sausage with rice

  1. cook sausage

  2. shred cabbage, potatoes, and carrots

  3. chop onion

  4. add vegetables to sausage

  5. add chicken stock and water

  6. cook for 45 min covered

  7. add 2 cups rice

  8. cover and cook for 15 min
