Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage salad

28 oz cabbage, shredded
6 oz parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 small carrot, shredded

Recipe Directions for Cabbage salad

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well to make sure cabbage is coated by the oil and cheese. Chill for at least two hours before serving.
