Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage Salad

1 head cabbage, shredded
1 green pepper, small, seeded and sliced
1 red pepper, small, seeded and sliced
1 yellow pepper, small, seeded and sliced
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 carrots, large, peeled and shredded
1/4 cup diced onions
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tbsp. granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Recipe Directions for Cabbage Salad

  1. In a large bowl, toss shredded cabbage, green peppers, red peppers, yellow peppers, celery, carrots and onions.

  2. Whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour over cabbage salad. Toss to coat well.
