Stirfry with bean thread noodles, peanut butter & cabbage

Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage & Saifun stirfry

2 oz bean thread noodles
3/4 head green cabbage
1 medium yellow onion
1 cup edamame
1 tbsp olive oil
1 oz teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp peanut butter

Recipe Directions for Cabbage & Saifun stirfry

  1. Cook noodles in boiling water for 3 min, drain

  2. Heat pan on medium heat with cooking spray and oil (optional)

  3. Add onions, let cook until start to get transparent

  4. Add cabbage to pan and cover, turn the heat down a bit.

  5. Once cabbage is starting to get soft, add edamame and teriyaki sauce and drained noodles. Pour the teriyaki over the noodles so they suck up the flavor. Cover again and let cook for another 3-5 min.

  6. Heat up the peanut butter in a dish with water in the microwave until it has melted into an easily pourable sauce. Pour over the top of the stirfry, mix in, serve and enjoy!
