Recipe Ingredients for cabbage rolls

2 lbs ground beef
3 heads of cabbage
8 carrots
8 celery stalks
1 large onion
2 cups tomatoes
1 red pepper
30 slices of bread

Recipe Directions for cabbage rolls

  1. I used frozen unbaked bread/rolls

  2. salt and pepper to taste

  3. Cook all the ingredients together defrost the bread cut it into 1/4 slice pieces/1roll

  4. Add a 1/2 cup of the veggie/beef mixture and roll up with the unfrozed bread/rolls

  5. strach out the dough on a floured surfax then place the mixture on it. I like to bring all the dough together at one point then I place it upside down on the baking pan so that the dough that I place together is at the bottom. For a better word these are meat/veggie pockets.
