Ground beef and rice rolled in cabbage leaves with tomato sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Cabbage Rolls

16 oz Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Crumbles
0.75 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
1 medium Egg, Whole
8 oz Tomato Products
14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes
6 individual packet Sugars, Granulated
12 leaf, large Cabbage

Recipe Directions for Cabbage Rolls

Drop Cabbage leaves into boiling water and cook for 3 minutes. For filling, combine ground beef, cooked rice, onion, egg, and salt, pepper. Mix well and divide into 12 portions. Place a portion into the center of each cabbage leaef. place in baking dish. For sauce combine tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, sugar and vinegar. Pour over cabbagte rolls and bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 350.
